Unhealthy Foods Not Recocmended 

  1. Beef
  2. Pork
  3. Lamb
  4. Red meat
  5. Chicken
  6. Duck and other poultry
  7.  Fish
  8. Shellfish such as crabs, clams, and mussels
  9. Eggs
  10. Cheese
  11. Butter
  12. Milk, cream, ice cream, and other dairy products
  13. Mayonnaise (because it includes egg yolks)
  14. Honey
